Child Birth in Astrology: Gender, Misfortune, Curse, Time, Denial and Fertility in Horoscope by Vijay Dubey

The birth of children has a very important place in human life. Parents find their image in their children and see the progress of their offspring as the future of their children. It takes all it takes for a mother to go through nine months of baby grooming that a mother can better understand and the results are still uncertain. Many of them are still born, many of them are born with disabilities and many die from the very beginning of their journey. Everything has a very deep impact on parents and their future.
Predicting the sex of the unborn child has been of concern in recent years, where the fetus is killed when it is grown and is identified as a human baby inside the womb. If the sex of the child is not what the parents want, they were ruthlessly taken out. Thanks to medical science it cannot say anything about the sex of the child before it is grown and helps the parents to decide whether to have a child or not.
This is where astrology comes to the rescue. Because it can look way ahead of time, it can alert parents to future possibilities and help them make conscious decisions. Most importantly, astrology can give remedies when it decides that the possibilities are more negative than positive. Such measures not only eliminate the root cause of the problem, but also prepare the parents to face the impending dangers boldly.
In the upcoming sections, we will study how to predict the birth and life of children and ways to overcome difficulties and dangers for the parent and child.
The number of children can be found by counting the Navamsha received by the fifth lord. For example, 5th lord is placed in Kanya Rashi and Mithun Navamsa. Counting from Mithun (Navamsa) to Kanya Rasi [Virgo(6) – Mithun(3)=3], we have four zodiac signs, i.e., the 5th lord has to attain three Navamsa to reach Virgo or Up to three children should be expected. This although a crude method can be done with extreme caution.
Maximum number of child = Rasi sign – Navamsa sign
For this method to work, Panchamesh should be placed with Jupiter (the factor for Navamsa). However, we see that this is not a necessary condition. Here Mars is not associated with or aspecting Jupiter, but from 7th on the Ascendant, Jupiter is through both Rasi and Graha Drishti. Here we can conclude that for this method to work, Jupiter must be firmly placed in the horoscope and influence the factors of progeny.
