Comment: Prithuyasas was a son of Varahamihira. The book comprises 1209 Sanskrit slokas (included). This might be Santhanam’s first published translation. In various places I wished I could read Sanskrit, or that the translation was more complete. Santhanam tends to omit the name of what the sloka is referring to, leaving us to guess. Such as the beginning of chapter 17, on Ashtakavarga. Santhanam gives the values of the dots, but only Sanskrit for what the dots are for. We might presume the first section is Sun, the second for the Moon, etc., but for each, there are eight divisions. For those of you who know Sanskrit, or who are determined.

This book deals with set pattern of karma for a particular individual which is again based on orbital providence. The effect of space significations and the dynamic planetary significations of each individual denotes the purpose of life. This Orbital Providence is a secret which can be analysed through Naadi system.

The author, in this scholarly exposition sets the pattern to delineate karma of individuals from different walks of life. He also suggests necessary modifications to celestial significations. Several components from classical astrology are being re-introduced to fit in to Naadi astrology. With the restricted fundamentals, which forms part of essential reading, the author includes new techniques throughout the example.

In my research i found out that the information my guru wanted to give through his works are hidden and therefore I have written, celestial matrix, Orbital providence, Prashna Hora to give insight into his works. However on observations and experience the fundamental rule book that is PREDICTION SECRETS- NAADI ASTROLOGY’ needed some modification. Thus this book is being published with modifications. Despite the fact that the rules are simple it is not that easy for prediction unless the person develops logical approach in combination and transit of planets in addition possessing a quality of astrologer as prescribed by sacred texts. The wonderful part is those who institutionally discarded this system of astrology in its early years of its invention have now claiming champions of this subject and have taken up coaching in this subject at different places across the country world. Thanks to the Almighty that the dream of late Guru has come true. There are books with titles embedded with word “Naadi” but generally using convenational method with star level or some other divisional components which does not have this method of prediction using only karakatwas of planets.

A unique system of analysis based on zonal effect rasis and planets posited therein and influenced by other planets from specified places is the main principle of Brighu Nandi Naadi expounded by R.G. Rao of Bangalore. Based on his works earlier book “Prediction secrets – Naadi Astrology” was published. In the process of experimentation with the combination of the planets it was found that every birth has a set – pattern of planetary positions. The matrix formed at macro level indicated the purpose of the birth. At micro level with zonal an star influences detailed study of nativity will reveal many secrets. The star level needs to be explored with details of stars from the sacred texts. But the place of birth having different Year Lords, Month Lord the Day Lord, Hora Lord and Sub Hora Lord have equal influence in differentiating nativities. In this book an effort is made to identify the matrix at macro level for certain births.
